What could be improved: Dirty, zero interaction with management, uncomfortable furniture, surrounded by huge construction sites on both aspects of the property both active till late at night with permanent vehicle reversing noise and dust from both sites.

The apartment is brand new and very clean. The location is perfect.
What could be improved: Unfortunately we did not have any hot water so we could not shower. The boiler switch was not working properly and there was clearly a malfunction. We were in touch with the emergency help line several times however they are located at a remote location and could not locate the owner/manager. The lack of hot water for the duration of our stay was highly disappointing however the lack of clear communication from the manager was inexcusable.
