    I asked for an early checkin and it was refused. Then I asked if we could at least leave our luggage somewhere, earlier, and there was no answer.

    Place and location are nice, although the weird outside looks, but we were four people and there were towels for two. And the host is very unresponsive.

    There was no bedding to make a bed of the sofa bed.

    The boiler heats the water, but not enough for four people to take showers.

    We complained, but NOTHING was solved!

    End of story: we ended up having to wait a lot between the next two of us could shower, what made us sleep later than we were planning, and the checkout was at 10:00!!!

    First time in my life I've seen a checkout at 10:00.

    The apartment itself was fine, but we all felt a bit disappointed.

    What could be improved: הדירה לא נגישה לילדים קטנים ולעגלה. המדרגות המובילות לדירה צרות וגבוהות וזה לא הוזכר בשום מקום. הרצפה הייתה מלוכלכת מאוד וככלל הדירה זקוקה לתחזוקה. קבלנו מענה יחסית מהר מבעל הדירה. לשומרי שבת כדאי לשקול אם כדאי כי התוספת על אף ההנחה שנעשתה לא כדאית.
