The location is excellent, close to Mahane Yehuda market and public transportation. There are supermarkets and all kinds of shops in the area. The apartment is well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. There were soaps, towels and toilet paper. Coffee machine with capsules. The building is very beautiful, lobby with security.
What could be improved: The apartment is not maintained properly. The worst is the toilet that hangs from the wall and barely holds. When sitting it feels like it moves down and is unstable, which made me afraid to use the toilet. I contacted them via chat but it wasn't taken care of. The folding bed in the living room folded down twice when my friend sat on it, eventually we managed to fix it by ourselves. There were also small and not serious things like: stains on the walls, broken stove, dirty furniture and broken television.
Also, I had to write to them twice until they finally sent us the arrival details and the apartment code, an hour before we arrived at the place.Shlomi from Israel – 29 April 2024 (8/10)
The location could not be better. Everything is at reach practically outside the elevator or with a short walking distance.

What could be improved: The check-in instructions sent us to an occupied room. When I reached out to the company, none of the phone numbers they provided worked. I arrived at 4 pm (the earliest available check-in time, and after 5 hours of no progress with the double booking, my wife, our two babies, and I, had to sleep on someone's futon. They are giving me the go-around with getting a refund. The person already staying in the room let me take a picture to show it was not the same room as listed.
