  Very nice stay. Was lot of guests but we didn't feel it.

  Great hotel right by the zoo. Great facilities, wonderful service, great breakfast. Fantastic value for money given the price of hotels in Jerusalem. If you don’t need to be right downtown this hotel is a real find!

  The staff was amazing, breakfast was nice, and the pool was clean and big enough.
  We've been upgraded to a very clean, large room.

  Excellent breakfast buffet. The pool area is really good and child-friendly but still aesthetic and fresh. The gym is small but fresh with new equipment
  
  What could be improved: The room for four people was quite small and there was quite visible wear and tear on the walls, in the bathroom, etc. The common areas, aside from the nice pool area, were quite dull.

  Oh my goodness this Hotel is very highly recommended.the staffs are very kind ❤️
  The hotel is very clean (really) I’ve been to many hotels in Jerusalem but this one so far is the best hotel.
  The breakfast was superb and the pool and the garden 🪴 is just amazing.
