What could be improved: Awful management, refrigerator did not work for 5 consecutive days, after multiple calls and e-mails it took 5 days to take care of the issue, in the meantime we had to trash all our foods and went to eat 5 days outside spending money, people didn’t care at all about the issues, also was missing the toiletries and charged me 100NIS for early check in, but the cleaning guy was still cleaning for an extra hour upon our arrival. Very bad management who occurred lots of extra expenses because of a faulty refrigerator, FOR 5 DAYS THEY WERE PROMISED TO FIX., and only happened 5 days later!!!Marie from France – 6 August 2023 (8/10)
