    The location was incredible – just outside the Jaffa Gate. The pool was perfect to relax and cool off after a day of exploring. The apartment was ideal. We had an amazing time there.

    Great location.

    What could be improved: upon arrival, the apartment looked fine, however I quickly realized that there was mold in the kitchen and both bathrooms, the furniture had several dings, there was peeling paint in one of the bathrooms, the ironing board cover was ripped and the the underneath foam padding was 98% totally gone!!! But,most importantly the floors were filthy! I did not realize how dirty they were until 10:30 PM, when the manager was unavailable. I ended up cleaning the floors with a hand towel. The next morning I sent the manager a text and photos, her response was, “Shalom,
    The apartment wascleaned on Sunday after the previous guest left it (and by the way they had a great time and left the apartment very clean).
    I'm sorry for the feeling and but you didn't have to destroy the towel instead of calling me immediately.
    Do you have more photos beyond a dirty towel? Because I don't see what actually was dirty.
    We will replace the ironing board with a new one.”
    When I responded, that I cleaned the floors, because it was too late to call her, her response was, “It doesn't matter, it's a towel and not a rag and it's irreversible damage.
    I would be happy to send a cleaner today in the next hour.”
    it was absolutely unbelievable, that she cared that I “irreversibly damaged“ a towel over the fact that the floors were so filthy that I had to clean them myself. Do not stay here!!!
