  What could be improved: We are very unhappy. The house had many details to fix (the washing machine was leaking water which made the whole bathroom floor wet, the split units were not heating properly, we were very cold because the underfloor heating did not work and we sent messages and called but they never showed up to fix it.
  The wifi on the top floor had a very poor signal.
