It's a good value for the money. The location is fantastic. I liked it a lot. I left the apartment cleaner than I received it…
What could be improved: I didn't have internet for the majority part. The owner sent a technician without any notice, it was scary and totally wrong to send a man into an apartment with a woman in it. What could be improved: There are no cups, not enough unbroken glasses the water heater is turning the electricity of and the owner is not answering any questions.

The location is close to the Old City, to a very-famous historical market and to Bus Sation /Train Station.
It is at the same time in a silent environment, with small houses and small streets in the immediate sorrounding, allowing you to be not disturbed by the traffic of the city.
What could be improved: It is hard to have answers / actions from the person responsible for the apartment:

when we made the reservation, he wrote us that being foreign citizens, up to 24 hours after check in we had to send him a copy of the border control ticket that we would get at the airport when entering Israel , in order to avoid to pay 17% of VAT on the paid amount.
However, even after multiple requests we never had a confrmation that the 4 border-control-tickets that were given to us at the airport had been correctly received by the person responsible of the apartment, while we sent them to him both by e-mail and by whatsapp. [We did not receive an injuntion of payment of VAT as well… so we desume that probably everything was correctly received]

Alles notwendige vorhanden, für uns fünf Minuten von Veranstaltungsort entfernt, Fön und Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher vorhanden, man kann sich selbst versorgen, praktisch eingerichtet. Günstig
What could be improved: Wie konnten in der ersten Nacht nicht in die Unterkunft, weil wir die Informationen zum Checkin erst am zweiten Tag erhielten. Der Vermieter war am Shabbat nicht zu erreichen. Geld für die Übernachtung wurde nicht zurückgezahlt.
