The apartment was very well located and well kept, comfortable. Very close to the old city and with many amenities around. Staff were very nice and responsive . It had a washing machine and drier which was great.
What could be improved: It was a bit hard to find and it was confusing that there were 2 apartments with the same number on the same floor and we got a bit confused. It was a bit dusty when we arrived. A hair drier would have been handy to have available.Julie from France – 2 March 2023 (7/10)

Curtains/blinds broken and cant close at all in the living room – so we all slept in the room instead of being 2 in the living room and 2 in the room as it should have been

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful especially when our power kept tripping. They sent someone through that night to dort it out.
What could be improved: After the 2nd day the hot water stopped working. The kitchen cupboard under the sink was dirty. There is no wash line. What could be improved: No hot water when we arrived, broken AC, the wardrobe is a storage,the window in the bedroom is broken. No curtains in the bedroom. Very poor light in the bathroom. Broken reading light next to the bed. What could be improved: Extremely dissatisfied with how dirty it was when we arrived. The cleaner came at 9.30pm and was cleaning until late, practically we lost the day.
